TotGym: 18 months - 3 years
(1 hour class)
Infants and toddlers in this fun-filled class learn how to move their bodies in a safe, joyful and encouraging environment. Physical development activities include crawling, climbing, hanging, swinging, tumbling and much more. Classes are taught through games, group activities and individual exploration.
Active parents' participation is required in all classes.
KinderGym: 3 - 4 years
(1 hour class)
Children are introduced to the joy of real gymnastics through innovative games, activities and circuits. This structured program concentrates on teaching gymnastics skills in a fun and encouraging setting.
Children need to be toilet-trained and ready to participate without a parent.
JuniorGym: 5 - 6 years
(1 or 1.5 hour class)
Children learn real gymnastics skills using various gymnastics apparatus: tumble trampoline, beam, bars, floor and vault. This structured program helps children develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance through educational and fun progression skills.
SeniorGym: 7 - 10 years
(1.5 hour class)
Children continue to learn higher level gymnastics skills based on their own level and ability in a non-competitive and encouraging environment. This structured program involves skills which are valuable in gymnastics as well as in other sports.
SuperGym: 5 years and up
(2 hour class) must be selected by coach
Children in this advanced program need to have previous experience in gymnastics. This program emphasizes proper body position and skill performance in a safe and motivating atmosphere.
